Home About Me What I've Done What I'm Up To Contact

Background

I was born in Ibague, Colombia! When I was 8 years old I moved to Brazil with my father to start a new life. I livedn all my teenage years in Brazil. This gave me the opportunity to develop two languages (Portuguese and Spanish) as native languages, and gave me an early global vision of life.
I play tennis since I was 5 years old and one of my dreams was to come to the U.S. to play college tennis. When I was 17 years old I left Brazil to pursue that dream and, in 2017, I started my college education in Morningside College in Iowa. Since then, a lot of stuff have happened, and it is just the beginning...

Tech

I am pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and have built proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, and Python.
Technology is what moves humanity forward and our only hope to solve the main issues society faces. I am working and learning as much as I can to play a key role in developing the technologies that will move society forward.

Startups

The world needs people to do stuff and make things happen. I am one of those people. I don't know exactly why I have this entrepreneurial drive, but I use it for not only business proposes but also for social initiatives. You can check out some of the stuff I've done here!

Design

With a minor in Interaction Design, I have a deep understanding of systems usability and UX. I have a good understanding of the back-end technology that enables a system to work, but also understand the details that make it beautiful, and usable.
I am not a native designer but this Visual part of my skills allows me to add value beyond the technical side.

Traveler

I am a traveler not only because it is a fullfiling lifestyle, but also because traveling has an incredible power to promote change. Traveling has the ability of bringing people from different perspectives and lifestyles together so people can learn from each other, ideas can emerge, and money can be injected into local communities.
Traveling is a big part of my life. It is about seeing places, meeting people, knowing cultures, building memories, and learning grom every single place I visit.
Traveling Can Change the World.

Social

The world has countless problems, and it is extremely hard for one single person to go and change the whole world alone. However, if the world had millions of people promoting local projects - projects that create measurable change and make a real difference in a small scale - the whole world could see huge changes.
I strive to use my entrepreneurial mindset to start projects that make a difference in the community. But mostly, I strive to inspire others to do the same. See some of the projects I have started here.
