Bylaws
- No first semester freshmen can compete at competitions.
- If a person is scheduled to practice their speech in front of the group and does not inform one of the Executive Board Members 24 hours in advance that they cannot present, they will not be allowed to compete at the next competition.
- If individual dues are not paid in full by time of a competition, the individual will not be allowed to compete.
- Everyone will be required to present at least once every semester.
- In order for bylaws to be modified: 2/3rds vote
