Other Stats:
  • Offsides just put up their best number of the season at QB, during Matt Ryan's bye week.
  • Worst week of the year so far at wide receiver with only three teams managing to score 20 points. (Seven teams scoring 20 or more points is more typical.)
  • Shenanigans is rallying at running back. They scored more points at the position this week than in the first five weeks combined.
  • Usually we have a kicker putting up a goose-egg every once in awhile. None so far this year, though a couple time a kicker has managed just a single extra point.
  • Tight Ends put up over 100 points in each of the first two weeks, but hasn't managed it since then.
  • The standings are tight this year. The tenth place team is one game behind the second place team.
  • Is it too early to project that Scurlock is going to get some money this year? After seven weeks he's 3 games and over 100 points ahead of the rest of the league. At this point the only way for him to lose is for Peyton Manning and Arian Foster to collide and burst into flames. And since they both play offense, that seems unlikely.
