Seminar Evaluation Rubric

The Capstone represents a different kind of class: it opens you to more independent work and thought. I think of myself in the course as your advanced guide more than the teacher. As such, I will use an evaluation system that reflects the greater independence you can expect. Something tells me this is closer to the way Emerson would have wanted it.

These are the guidelines for how I will determine your final grade in the course. During our final tutorial, you and I will discuss your work and you can make a case for the grade you think you deserve, based on your performance and achievement in the course and these guidelines.
