Transcripts from educational institutions attended, student home and school information, where classes are going to be taken, and a check for the $25 processing or transcript analysis fee need to be submitted for a program of study to be completed.  Please download and complete the Program of Study Request Form to accompany your request.

While photocopies of transcripts and grade reports can sometimes be used for programs of study, official transcripts from institutions of higher learning are required for admission to graduate studies.  Program of study updates are free if the student has been officially admitted to the Graduate Program at Morningside College.

Requests for a program of study are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis once all the materials and information needed are received from a student.  During peak times of the year (November-December and April-September), more time will be required for the program of study to be completed.

Please note that having a program of study completed through Morningside does not constitute being admitted into graduate studies and does not generate an official change of program major.  Please see the requirements listed on the Application to Admission to Graduate Study
