Endorsement Program Requirements
Persons seeking an endorsement may, in most cases, satisfy the requirements with a combination of undergraduate and graduate hours. A transcript analysis done by the licensure officer or other designated staff member will indicate which courses the student needs to complete Morningside’s approved endorsement program.
Prerequisites:
Hold elementary or secondary teaching certification
Required coursework to be determined through transcript analysis:
Social studies, including American history, world history, and geography |
6 hrs. |
Mathematics, including algebra |
6 hrs. |
Science, including life science and physical science |
6 hrs. |
Language arts, including grammar, composition, and speech |
6 hrs. |
