Morningside College/William Penn University Collaborative Program
Morningside College collaborates with William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, to offer the English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement at the graduate level. Candidates who admitted to the 18-hour ESL program at William Penn University have the option of taking the courses for graduate credit through Morningside College. Candidates who choose this option can then earn the Professional Educator master’s degree program by taking the 18-hours of Professional Foundations Core courses. The 18 hours of ESL coursework complete the requirements of the Professional Teaching Core.
The details of the ESL endorsement program at William Penn University can be found at the William Penn website.
